Patient Cancellation / Missed Appointments
Like other medical clinics, Beverley Shea Foot Health and Podiatry operates a cancellation policy.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment.
Like you, our time is valuable, and we politely request that you give at least 24 hours notice (or more if possible) when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us an opportunity to reallocate your appointment to someone else, and this is more difficult to do the less notice we have.
Patients are required to pay 50% of the missed appointment fee prior to any further appointments being made
We are aware that from time to time circumstances dictate that an appointment may be missed.
Exceptional circumstances will be considered at the discretion of the clinic.
